How much did that house sell for?

The first week of September saw a flurry of new inventory, a rare week in this year of low inventory. Expect to see those sales numbers begin to trickle in mid- to late-October. For now, what you'll see below is the data representing the summer slow down.

I'm keeping a close eye on this shifting market to watch for a real change in market conditions, or simply seasonal. So far, it appears to be seasonal. Buyers are still out there competing for the best houses, but a seller getting $100,000+ overbids is no longer the rule.

Thinking of buying? Now is the time to jump in the market!

Thinking of selling, but need to buy your replacement home first? There are ways to buy now & sell in the spring, even if you need the money from the sale of your house to buy. I have more than a few tricks up my sleeve to help you achieve the best outcomes for your real estate goals.
