How much did that house sell for? (March 15th - 21st)

Later this week I'll be writing about pricing to offer some insight behind the frequently vast difference between a property's asking price and ultimate sales price. With sales prices of four properties on the list below hovering around 150% of their list price, it can be frustrating and confusing for buyers and the public alike to understand pricing. Are people really paying 50% over market value for properties? Is the market that competitive? The short answer: no. The long answer is coming later this week.
