How much did that house sell for?

There's one house in the bunch below which sold for about a million(!) over asking price. Even in a market at hot at this one, that's remarkable. What we tend to see in multiple offer situations is that the bulk of the offers will be clustered in a $5,000-$10,000 range, but there will be one lone offer that rockets the final sales price $100,000 higher.
